Camila Rodriguez (she/her) is a PhD student in Social Studies Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. Her research explores the intersection of heritage education and civic engagement, specifically focusing on how material culture can be used as a tool for social justice. Currently, she is leading the linguistic and cultural translation of the curriculum into Spanish, ensuring that these educational frameworks are accessible to Spanish-speaking communities and international partners. Her work seeks to bridge the gap between academic theory and community-led activism.
